HIGH EFFICIENCY COOKER.

32' overall length, with (2) 15' long by 60" wide stainless steel woven wire product conveyor belts with 3/32" x 11/32" mesh openings. All stainless steel, with double skinned fully insulated body. The two stages are configured as follows...

HEAT SECTION

Rotary vane infeed valve.
15' long shallow-incline conveyor running between 7" high sides; a product depth sensor regulates the belt speed to control the depth of the layer of product passing over the belt.
Stainless steel live steam dispersion manifold, with steam headers under and over belt.

HOLD SECTION

15' long shallow-incline belt section conveyor running between 12" high stainless steel sides. Here the system design intends for the product to pass over the hold belt in a thicker layer, to provide heat retention and dispersion to aid in the cooking process. As with the first belt, a product depth sensor controls the belt speed to regulate the depth of the layer of product on the belt.

STAINLESS SCREW COOLING AUGER, OPEN SCREW CONTINUOUS ROTARY COOLER; to stop the blanching / cooking process and cool food products, such as vegetables like potatoes, carrots, beets, celery, pasta, rice, & etc. Cold water is pumped into the tank from your water chiller. As the product is conveyed through the cooler by the auger screw, it is chilledin the water.

30" diameter by 11.5' long auger, with 12" high flights, perforated to allow for water recirculation. Distance between screw flights is 16" center to center; while the flights are supported by a 6" diameter center shaft. Approximately 23" water depth during operation. Overflow discharge to recirculation tank. Includes variable speed drive to control retention time; with 208/230 volt 3 phase electrical input.

All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction. Last used as a mushroom cooler chilling hot blanched product from an ABCO Steam Blancher (Alard item Y1090) available separately; --ask your Alard Sales Representative for current availability if you need a blancher-cooler combination.

FORTRESS PHANTOM DIGITAL METAL DETECTOR with NEW STAINLESS STEEL THROUGH CONVEYOR. 4.75" high by 13.5" wide usable aperture opening in epoxy painted aluminum washdown sealed search head. The detection head has integral digital controls, and comes mounted on a NEW all stainless-steel washdown thru-conveyor with NEW 12" wide by 60" long interlocking plastic chain type belt, running over a UHMW plastic bed. 34" belt working height, on adjustable feet. The tubular stainless steel frame belt conveyor is complete with a new wash-down gasketed PVC control box with a new 110 volt single phase washdown motor; all integrated with the search head to provide for a belt-stop-alarm reject setup.

The entire belt conveyor is NEW. The used metal detection search head has been refurbished by a factory trained technician. This detection system is in stock LIKE NEW, in EXCELLENT operational, electrical, mechanical, and cosmetic condition; available for immediate shipment.

COMMERCIAL STAINLESS STEEL DEWATERING VIBRATORY CONVEYOR / VIBRATORY GRADER / VIBRATING SHAKER GRADER.

42" wide by 73" long shaker deck with 5" high sides; consisting of a 48" long screening area leading to a 25" long flat solid sufface discharge. The existing replacable bolted-in screen is a rod type stainless steel screen with 5/32" rods running perpindicular to the product flow, with 3/16" openings between. Beneath the screen is a 40" wide by 44" long tapered bottom catch pan with a 5" diameter center bottom outlet. 72" infeed height, 32" discharge height, with the shaker suspended on dog-bone type arms, on a tubular stainless steel frame. 1.5 HP 208/230/460 volt 3 phase drive with eccentric.

Applicable for solids separation, wastewater recovery, size grading, fines removal, and other grading and feed conveyor applications, this vibrating shaker GRADER / dewatering conveyor is IN stock in fair condition, available for immediate shipment AS-IS; --OR with lead time, can be refurbished by our shop prior to shipment to excellent operational, mechanical, and cosmetic condition.

BULK CAN DEPALLETIZER, SINGLE HIGH, with POWER SWEEP, and SINGLE FILER.

Built around a 52" wide by 72" long usable-dimension accumulation table, and as previously used, configured to handle pallets up to 52" long.

From the perspective of one looking from the infeed to the discharge of the accumulation conveyor, the pallets are fed from the right on included (30' length of) non-powered roller pallet conveyor to the elevator.

From the single-height elevator cans are power-swept onto the steel mesh accumulation belt running between side rails. The accumulation conveyor discharges onto a variable speed stainless steel discharge and single file conveyor running from right to left.

This unscrambling discharge conveyor has dual 8" wide Delrin tabletop chain belts, and stainless steel side rails, with a left-angle turn to the single-filing section where cans are discharged in a single row. The unscrambled cans come back out in the opposite direction the accumulation conveyor runs.

Included with this depalletizer is a steps, with catwalk, and a vacuum can elevator, which was used to elevate cans to ceiling height.

Not manufacturer tagged but strongly resembles a Busse WD-350 depalletizer in configuration. In stock, in disassembled condition, available for immediate shipment as-is.
